WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We at Snug champion contactless payments for your and our team's safety. We accept payments via online banking or over-the-counter deposits or GCash. Payment instructions and details will prompt upon checkout.

In case you don't have access to any of these contactless payment options, we will accept Cash-on-Delivery.

WHAT PACKAGING MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

As much as possible, we implement zero-plastic packaging for all our products (except for adhesives/tapes).


First, we sanitize your items with safe disinfecting solutions. After which, we use craft paper to pack your items. We avoid the excessive usage of plastics such as bubble and plastic wraps. To ensure safety of your items from damage/scratches/bumps, we personally conduct deliveries and make sure all items arrive at your doorstep perfectly sanitized and intact.

HOW & WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

We only charge a minimum delivery fee of Php 100 for Metro Manila and CALABARZON areas. Deliveries are done every Tuesday and Sunday.


We are proud to say that we personally deliver items to our customers for an affordable flat rate. We do not use third party couriers/delivery apps so as to ensure the safety in handling and transit of your orders, especially fragile items like mirrors.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines, defective items shall be accordingly returned/replaced provided that the reason for such is due to Snug's handling/delivery. Therefore, customers cannot demand for return/exchange of an item if they only had a change of mind, or the wrong color/size of a product was bought. Please reach out to us via Facebook, Instagram, or e-mail for your return/exchange request to be accommodated.
